Terms and Conditions

1. The terms and conditions set out below form the contract between You ("the Customer") and Us ("kiddies-clobber.co.uk").

2. Definitions in this agreement;

"EC" means the European Community - currently the present Member States are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and The United Kingdom.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

3.If You are not entirely delighted with the goods You have chosen, please ensure You return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer a refund of the goods providing they are returned in the condition that You received them. We do not refund any postage costs.

4. In the unlikely event of Your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will issue a refund. In order to return goods to us: Write on the reverse side of the invoice, (which comes with the order) the reason for return (In order that we may improve our service to our customers, You are requested to explain Your reason for rejecting the goods, although this is not mandatory), pack the items securely, remember to include the original invoice and send it back to Kiddies-Clobber.co.uk at the address given on the invoice and on our contact page. You are responsible for meeting the cost of returning the goods to us and for their safety during transportation. When returning items we strongly recommend You obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Postage And Packing

5. Standard postage and packing is between £5.99-£7.99 for orders in the UK, £7.99-£15.99 for International items. The cost is based on the weight of the parcel. We do not guarantee delivery times for standard delivery however orders are normally received within 3-5 working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, but if there is likely to be a delay we will let You know. If you require Next day delivery to the UK, please email us for details. Next day delivery is not guaranteed for the whole of the UK - please contact us for further details.

6. We cannot be responsible for postal service delays.

Acceptance Of Your Order

7. An order placed by You for goods is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either You or kiddies-clobber.co.uk until kiddies-clobber.co.uk has confirmed its acceptance of Your order. If Your order is accepted, kiddies-clobber.co.uk will send You an order confirmation and a contract will be formed at the time at which kiddies-clobber.co.uk e-mails confirmation to You that Your order has been accepted and is being processed (whether or not You receive such e-mail).

8. When You order goods from kiddies-clobber.co.uk there is no guarantee that Your order will be accepted. kiddies-clobber.co.uk may no longer have the goods requested in stock. In this situation kiddies-clobber.co.uk will notify You that Your order has not been accepted. Until Your order is accepted You will have no right to the goods which You have ordered. We shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment.

9. We reserve the right to cancel any order where there has been an error in either the displayed price or the price You are actually charged when placing the order. If this happens then we will contact You and inform You of the mistake giving You the option of either paying the correct price for the goods or if You prefer we will refund the amount originally charged in error.

10. We reserve the right to alter our prices and postage and packing costs at any time.

11. The terms of the contract do not affect Your statutory rights.

International Sales

12. For sales outside of the EC, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
